Parenthesis Academy Online Courses are available to Students and Attendees in partnership with or on behalf of its Educational Partners.

Student’s access to our online courses will be provided through a single User Account. Students must register with Parenthesis Academy for an account prior to purchase or enrol into any courses.

Application of Certificate Courses

Below are the steps to guide prospective students in applying for TAFE Certificate programmes.

  1. Download the Application Checklist here.
  2. Fill in the online enrolment form via and furnish the following supporting documents with the duly-completed Application Form:
    1. Certified True Copies of Highest Academic Certificates and Transcripts in English1
    2. Copy of NRIC or Passport
    3. Copy of Resume/CV
  3. Acknowledge and Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Parenthesis Academy and the affiliated TAFE Educational Partner.
  4. The completed online application must be accompanied by the full payment of non-refundable application fee of $107 (including GST)
  5. The applicant will be directed to our third party payment gateway (PayPal) and will then proceed with payment there. (Please do not close or refresh the browser window while the transaction is being processed.).
  6. Once the payment is successful in PayPal, the applicant will be automatically redirected to Parenthesis Academy website where the summary of the payment and the transaction ID can be viewed and saved.
  7. Parenthesis Academy will evaluate the application with all supporting documents received.
  8. Application approval process will take 10 working days. Upon approval of application, students will receive an Application Approval Email and the student is required to sign the Letter of Offer to indicate their acceptance of Parenthesis Academy’s offer.
  9. Upon signing the document, students must mail the original signed document to the following address within 14 days of the Application Approval Email.

  1. Verification process will take 3 working days upon receiving the signed document and successful payment of the first instalment of course fee.
  2. Students will receive an Enrolment Confirmation Email after verification with details of accessing the courses through our Parenthesis Learning Management System.

1 For foreign certificates and transcripts, please submit certified true copies of an English translation and the original document. Translations can be done by a translation service provider, embassy or notary public.

Application Payment 

For the non-refundable application fee payment, potential students will be directed to our online application form. They will complete the payment process and confirm the payment was successful before ending the on-line application session. 

  1. Parenthesis Academy accepts Visa Card, Master Card, eNETS Debit and PayPal.
  2. Parenthesis Admissions will not process the on-line application until payment has been confirmed.
  3. Student will receive an application payment confirmation email and a payment successful page will appear on our website after payment process is successfully completed.
  4. If the payment is not successful, please resubmit the application. Please email us at and our staff will follow up with you accordingly.

Course Fee Payment 

For the course fee payment, students will be directed to our student portal secured payment page. They will complete the payment process and confirm the payment was successful.

  1. Parenthesis Academy accepts Visa Card, Master Card, eNETS Debit and PayPal.
  2. Once the payment has been successful, student will receive a payment confirmation email with the receipt of payment.
